Contrary to what you may think, anyone can practice Yoga and is recommended by the NHS! Yoga is a safe and effective way to increase physical activity and your overall well being – especially strength, flexibility and balance. In Ayurveda, Yoga is applied as one of the five Ayurvedic therapeutic approaches, so if you’re a client with a specific motivation, I can suggest certain Yoga classes and poses that are in harmony with your body type and can help you feel more balanced.
