Not only do we overeat, people often find emotional support from comfort eating and at times during the day and /or evening that aren’t congruent with their natural body clock. We are conditioned to eat foods we think are good for us when in fact they are not. Certain foods can disrupt our bodies natural type or constitution which can create disharmony and disease.
Ayurveda aims to help change certain unhealthy eating habits by recommending and suggesting foods that are more inline with your body type. By bringing balance to your body we can help create wellness and harmony rather than discomfort, illness and/or disease.

By applying the 5 Ayurvedic therapeutic approaches we can help you live a balanced life according to your specific body type. One of the 5 approaches is lifestyle recommendations and suggestions to help create space and balance. Suggestions can include; morning routines - such as drinking hot water upon waking - oil pulling, breathing exercises, yoga, journaling, talking, walking, meditation, evening routines and massage.
